Which platforms do you work with?

Shopify and Shopify Plus primarily. Hydrogen and custom Remix for headless. We have shipped on Magento and WooCommerce in the past, but new engagements default to Shopify.

Are you a Shopify Plus partner?

Yes — Plus partners with active enterprise engagements. We work with merchants from DTC startups to eight-figure GMV operators.

How do you think about conversion?

As an engineering problem. Performance affects conversion. Trust signals affect conversion. Checkout friction affects conversion. We tune what is measurable and instrument what is not.

B2B vs DTC?

Both. B2B engagements use Plus B2B catalogs, draft orders, and account hierarchies. DTC engagements focus on storefront performance, conversion flow, and merchandising tooling.
