Apps for real workflows.

Internal tools, client portals, customer dashboards, and SaaS products — built to fit how your team actually works, not how a template assumes you should.

Sheet 01 · Overview

Software shaped to the business — not the other way around.

Off-the-shelf tools get you 60% of the way. The remaining 40% is where every business is unique — and where custom apps earn their keep.

We build internal tools, client portals, customer dashboards, admin panels, and SaaS products that fit the actual workflow. Authentication, role-based access, audit trails, and integrations are part of v1 — not the next-quarter wishlist.

Most engagements start with a tight v1: one workflow, well-modeled and well-shipped. Then we expand in monthly milestones as users tell us what is working and what is not.

Sheet 03 · Process

How we build apps.

  1. Phase 01

    Workflow mapping

Shadow the people who would use the app. Map every step, every input, every exception. Output: a written workflow document and a v1 scope.

  2. Phase 02

    Data model & UI

Schema designed before screens. Components built once, reused everywhere. Auth and permissions wired in from day one.

  3. Phase 03

    Iterate against users

Ship v1 to a small group. Watch them use it. Fix what breaks. Add what is missing. Roll out wider.

  4. Phase 04

    Operate & expand

Retained support and feature work — adding workflows, integrations, and reports as the business needs them.

Sheet 05 · FAQ

Questions, answered.

What kinds of custom apps do you build?

Internal tools, client portals, customer dashboards, admin panels, operations consoles, and customer-facing SaaS products. Vue or React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend, PostgreSQL or Firebase for data.

Do you build mobile apps as well as web apps?

We focus on web and progressive web apps (PWAs). For native iOS or Android, we partner with vetted specialists and own the API and backend integration.

How is custom app development different from custom web development?

Custom web is content + conversion-focused (marketing sites, editorial platforms). Custom apps are state-heavy, authenticated, and workflow-driven (dashboards, portals, tools).

What about authentication and permissions?

Session or token auth, 2FA, role-based access control, audit trails, and SSO when needed (Google, SAML, custom IdP). We treat auth as load-bearing, not a bolt-on.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. Most apps ship with a focused v1 that solves one workflow well, then expand in milestones as we learn what users actually do.
