Challenge

The challenge in this project was to modernize and update a legacy website for JCC Syracuse. The existing website had outdated design, functionality, and performance issues that needed to be addressed through a migration to a new custom website version.

Our solution involved meticulously planning and executing the migration process. We started by analyzing the existing content and functionality to ensure a smooth transition. The content was carefully transferred, and the website's structure was reimagined to align with modern web standards and user expectations.

The new website was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, enabling us to create a responsive and feature-rich platform. We also implemented DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment, ensuring a reliable and secure web solution.

Through collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, we successfully delivered a revamped website that met JCC Syracuse's requirements. The updated site is now responsive, feature-rich, and better aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The migration was executed seamlessly, and the old website was replaced. It now serves the entire Syracuse community by keeping them informed about community center events and scheduling the use of facilities. The new site is instrumental in running a great center for families.
